Was this weekend the last cold spell of the winter? Man can attempt to predict cold spells based on historical knowledge and similar patterns in the weather. Are these patterns changing due to the irresponsible actions of man; a lack of Divine Wisdom? As the cold encroached from the Lesotho Highlands once again, the least LOTS# could do was warm the souls with His Word and the physical with a blanket, or two where the street people are exposed to these elements day and night.
